***Emergency calls must be marked/requested and are all billed at $200.00 per Call/Hour

***Emergency calls are after hours.  Weekends, and holidays additional charges apply. All Emergency calls are billed on credit cards regardless if a full yearly support contract is in place.

After install and training - $75.00 per support call (requires Visa/Master Card)

No Direct Billing so please don't ask!

Customers outside of SFP or selected No SFP, or have lapsed SFP rates are $150.00 per hour.

  You will be charged a minimum $150.00 and all SFP back charges up to 1 year, plus current year.

Support of other then GWARE, RMS, GWARE Family products are charged at $150.00 per hour.

Getting to Windows Color and Appearance Settings

Right Click on a blank space on the desktop, and choose personalize:

The personalization Menu should now appear. Choose “Windows Color and Appearance”

Click: Open Classic Appearance Properties for more Color Options
